i think, given the nature of the case, i would have chosen a different wording than “gobsmacked”, but perhaps that’s just me.

what’s funny (not “ha-ha” funny) about this case is that there WAS an oklahoma law recently put on the books to protect passed out victims from anal or vaginal penetration while intoxicated, but it SPECIFICALLY mentions those orifices, not the mouth. so, by oklahoma standards, this crudely edited anime is tame…

not exactly. the ruling doesn’t say it’s just legal when the girl is passed out, but when she is too intoxicated to consent. so if a girl gets too drunk to say “NO” to a blowjob, or is smashed enough to not remember you cock-punching her tonsils whether she was awake or not, then you’re in the clear in oklahoma. the even worse part? the girl was only sixteen, but the “gentleman” was seventeen, so since they’re both minors it’s coasts under any statutory laws as well. gotta love small town weekend entertainment, huh?
