stupid is as stupid reads

don’t get me wrong, i encourage you to get your children to read…

…but not THIS:

this is a waste of paper and resources. it’s an anti-trans kid book, to spoil the surprise. it’s meant to lecture parents, not educate kids. it’s stupid, it’s a shame that it’s done as well as it has financially, and it’s indicative of the modern conservative movement – make sure you make your point in a double digit vocabulary, because it’s all the modern base understands.

at this point i’m just voting against most GOP candidates because they’re just fucking idiots.
