what’s amusing is the lawsuit that’s out now is from a GUY in texas, and the company is dismissing it as “frivolous” and not really taking it seriously. but when it happened only a month ago to a woman (who’s aftermath pic i boosted and posted above) the company reached out to her with all kinds of free shit and condolences…
