“no rest for the weary” is no bullshit…
…for example: i’m off today.
sorta.
i am, but i have to be at gwen’s at 10am to help her do computer stuff. no biggie, but it does cut the morning in half where no project of any sort of magnitude can really be done. and then after, the boy has to eat an hour before work (not quite sure why…it’s not like it’s physical labor), so i’ll get home with barely any time before we’re trying to figure out lunch and we eat noon(ish). then i have to get him to work by one, and then drive to garfield and on to bastrop to take david around for groceries and such. then i get to unload said groceries into their truck and deal with all that and when all is said and done i’ll get home and to get to finally relax, with no real projects for myself done at all, around five.
and tomorrow it’s back to work. and after three days of that, all i wanna do is sit down.
this is why i made that list – and here we are half way through the week and ain’t a got damn thing off it done. not one. so today’s goal will be to try and get one done. it’s my day off and i was getting texted about work stuff by 8:45am…this part time pay for full time work shit needs to quit!
