saturday shot bit

i wrote the title as a double entendre, but i guess the header i chose kinda gives away the meaning of the word “shot” here…

…leave it to the nerds. and i mean that in all the good ways.

it’s a little bulky for my taste (although not by much) and has both fingerprint recognition AND facial recognition and if it don’t recognize you don’t get to shoot it! my money is on this being the future of weaponry and a reasonably alternative to some of the gun regulations the conservatives oppose as it keeps that whole misinterpretation of the second amendment alive while (in theory) protecting the kid from being able to use it? i’ll be curious to see how this plays out.
