well, that didn’t last too terribly long…
…but at least i wasn’t selfish about it.
since before covid (can you even remember that? all the way back to 2019?) my ticketmaster app has had stuff listed in the “my events” section, predominantly due to far advance ticket sales for the rolling stones and ministry postponing their show seventeen times or whatever and then maiden selling me a ticket almost a year in advance that list has never been blank…
and here we are. there actually was an event purchased through the app just a day after the app went blank, which i got ’cause my wife didn’t we should spend the money, but i knew she really wanted to go. so there’s that. but i’m trying to get my credit score back to a respectable place after a year and some change of financial debauchery so this list will remain minimal for a minute.
odd to see it this empty, though. it’ll take some getting used to. but that’s okay – we’ve got a new england wedding coming up next summer and i’ve gotta look into another vehicle in about a years time, plus i’m a bit spoiled at this point for where i sit at shows and they tend to be costly, so it’s a very good thing that we’re pushing off some live entertainment so i can try to ratchet the ol’ credit score (and DIR) to where they need to be…
