flyin’ high again

okay, so i’m not actually high while i’m writing this or anything…

…no, this is about high prices. i guess it’s not THAT high.

i’m trying to get the flights for our NOLA excursion going. should be an amazing time, and this time without the eighteen hour commute! i had always been told that you want to book in the wee hours of the morning, so i checked out prices back on tuesday:

$698 in the wee hours of tuesday morning. so i checked a bit later in the morning, but on thursday:

and still $698 – so, for giggles i checked it a couple hours ago and hey – guess what. the friday night before 4th of july?

yep – still $698. so if it can just stay here (or drop) by labor day we should be good!
