last night i slept like shit…
…and i’m not sure why.
i just couldn’t turn my brain off. read the news. played wordscapes. but when all was said and done, i lay there for almost two hours before dozing off for an hour and a half, getting up to pee, then laying back down for about three or four more hours before finally giving up and getting up. that sucked. not recommended. one out of five stars.
but i wanna focus on the getting up to pee at 1:30. not for any kind of alarming reasons, other than somehow, when i got outta bed, i felt almost fine. like, my “normal” of late is for my leg flexibility to be at around fifty percent at best and i was easily over eighty percent when i got up. i remember it being a stark enough difference that i noticed and even commented out loud to myself about it.
but by the next time i got up, i was right back at square one. my annoying, and ever-present, baseline.
so on to psoas training to see where that takes me. eventually, i will figure this bullshit out or, quite literally, die trying.
