so, my suspicions proved to be correct…

…the patch on the tire i got from the incident the other day was bad. like “it came off with a fingernail” bad.

which explains why that tire had decided to leak.

now, i’ll grant you, said lil bitty patch was right in the crevice between the tread and the sidewall. normally that’s “no patch land” but used tire places are a different breed. and they’ll make that shit work. so, here’s to hoping we’re rolling solid at least till spring!
