for the record, austin was doing just fine with waymo…

…i see them constantly around my friday route, and those driverless fuckers are some of the most courteous drivers in downtown austin. but elon’s gonna elon, so he had to bring his bullshit taxi service to austin, and had to have the bigger coverage map. tesla in red (of course), waymo in blue. i’m sure the shape of his coverage plan is purely coincidence…

as kramer says, i can’t make this stuff up. but i guess some folks gotta compensate…
