how low? (part ii)

so, we covered this a few weeks ago

…but apparently it isn’t a fluke. i weigh myself on the fives and zeroes (i.e. on november 20th, and now this was on december 15th, for example) and we ended up at an all time low, at least per the weight tracking app i started using over a decade ago…

but i’m still lifting okay in the gym. my legs are stiff and sore constantly, which i think is more dehydration and lack of stretching i guess i need to do now that i’m older? i’m also debating doing a peptide treatment just to get things going (it was recommended by friends that do ju jitsu and such) but haven’t pulled the trigger on the gray area medicinal route just yet.

wonder if i can get below a deuce but keep muscular? that would be sweet, but i’d rather have the muscle mass than the number. guess we’ll see where this takes me.
