well, at least in canada.

a couple years ago a restaurant in toronto, to help workers having to work from home expense their to-go meals, re-worked their menu to where their menu items were named after office supplies to your receipt would look 100% reimbursable:

and that’s pretty fuckin’ genius. now, when i found the article about this it was written as if this was done in the present time, but it was actually back in 2021. i can see the restaurant is still around, but is the menu still all wonky like this? did it become their thing? do i have any canadian readers who can confirm or deny?
