whiskey wednesday – prohibition edition

i’ve always meant to check out the netflix series peaky blinders…

…and this twas what got me doing it:

i stumbled across it accidentally at a liquor store recently and came to find out i bought one of the first bottles in austin. i’m already on my second bottle and might have to start stashing some because it’s apparently limited edition, but i don’t know HOW limited.

what i do know is i requested that it become permanent and the response pretty well shows it was a bot that replied and not an actual human being…

but it’s smooth as silk and you’d never realized it was ninety-two proof unless i told you. definitely worth checking out, and definitely worth NOT waiting till march to write this whiskey wednesday bit as it’ll probably be gone by then!
