so a louisiana city is taking a clue from the golden arches…

…remember this from a couple weeks ago?

well now it’s fucking LAW in terrebonne parish (which, for all the people like me who watch swamp people that’s houma, where r.j. and jay paul live).

first offense if $50, second $100, third $150, and so on. some see it as odd that a louisiana parish, the state that with the loosest of laws about prostitution, public drunkeness, and guns (although some of the harshest about weed) now has a dress code. it’s been argued it’s unconstitutional by some, but this is louisiana where napoleonic law still rules and they don’t have “counties” like the rest of the nation, they have parishes…and, not to sound old, i actually hate this “fashion trend” more than skinny jeans.
