the average driver i encountered friday in both austin AND lockhart:
seriously – this kid actually is a good bit BRIGHTER than what i dealt with. did anybody else notice this phenomenon around the capital city? or was it just my unfortunate path?

I, for one, am greatly ashamed of your choice of images. Special needs or not, that child is obviously lightyears ahead of Austin drivers. The shame, the ignominy of it all.
That child can spell, count, and I’ll bet he knows the difference between red and green.
