i remember seeing the shirts a year or so ago…

…”1.19.09″ – symbolizing the day they got rid of W outta the whitehouse. at the time, who knew they’d paint the white house black? either way they shoulda seen that today (1.19.09) was MLK day, and therefore a federal holiday, and therefore would have no mail, no banks, and no governmental officials to swear somebody in being on the clock today…

…tomorrow is a historic day. first democrat president in the twenty-first century. first black president ever (although, if i remember right, he’s only half so we he’s much ours as he is theirs, right? or am i remembering incorrectly?). first time NOBODY can refer to white guys as “the man” for a while, right? well, we’ll see how it all works out…
